🔐 Studio Guidelines

To maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment:

  • No smoking inside the studio. Outdoor smoking is permitted. A $500 fee applies for violations.

  • No firearms are allowed on the premises — no exceptions.

  • Guests should remain in their reserved room unless using the restroom, amenities, or exiting the building.

  • Respect the space and those around you so we can all stay focused on what matters: the music.

👥 Guest Policy

To ensure sessions run smoothly:

  • A-Room: Max 4 additional guests

  • B & C-Rooms: Max 3 additional guests
    *Extra guests may not be allowed inside.

💳 ID & Card Policy

To protect you and our team:

  • The name on your ID must match the card used to book.

  • Please bring both to check-in. If they don’t match, we may need to cancel your session.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens — here’s how we handle schedule changes:

  • Cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more in advance for a full refund or credit.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee.

  • Same-day bookings are final — no refunds, cancellations, or reschedules.

  • No call / no show: Payment will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling.

🎧 Mixing Services

Mixing is a separate service and not included with studio time unless selected during booking. A rough mix may be provided during your session if time allows.

💾 Session Files

Please collect all session files before you leave. This includes MP3s, WAVs, and Pro Tools sessions. We don’t guarantee file storage after your session ends. If you need files later, retrieval fees apply:

  • 1–2 files: $50

  • 3–4 files: $75

  • 5+ files: $100

To request files, text us your name, room used, song names, number of files, and email. Files will be sent via WeTransfer within 24–48 hours of payment. We are not responsible for expired transfer links.

🎥 Surveillance Notice

To keep everyone safe, audio and video surveillance is in use throughout the studio (excluding restrooms).
