We are a non-smoking facility. SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE ONLY. We are unable to accept “smoking fees” to allow smoking.

Due to COVID-19 & limited space, we can only allow up to two additional guests in the B and C-Room and four additional guests in the A-Room. Any additional guests will be turned away.

NO FIREARMS.

Booking Policy

The ID and card used to book the session MUST MATCH. ID and card checks are conducted before the start of each session. We reserve the right to cancel the session if there is a discrepancy.

The start time of a session must be booked between 10AM-12AM. For example, we cannot book a 3AM-6AM session; a 12AM-3AM session can be booked.

For any overnight sessions, please always confirm availability with us before booking.

If you request a specific engineer, please check with us for their availability before booking.

Canceling and Rescheduling

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

To cancel a session, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total amount of the session.

To reschedule a session, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking. We will not be able to reschedule any sessions on the same day of your booking.

No Call No Show

If you fail to cancel or reschedule your session, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR WILL WE BE ABLE TO TRANSFER HOURS TO A LATER SESSION.
